Fatal Eaton crash death of David Condoulis and Kimberly Bowker – Obituary
David Condoulis, 51, and Kimberly Bowker, 56, both from Eaton, were identified by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office as the victims of a tragic crash on Thursday.
The incident occurred at the southern end of Conway Lake when the pickup truck they were in, which was equipped with a plow, flipped over into a brook.
Friends and the local community mourned the loss of Condoulis and Bowker, remembering them fondly. Quddus Snyder, an Eaton resident, described the couple as beloved figures, with Condoulis being the nephew of Nancy Williams, one of the town’s most respected residents.
