Fatal Niskayuna crash death of Heidi Hoffman – Obituary
Heidi Hoffman, 60, of Watervliet, tragically passed away following a single-vehicle crash in Niskayuna, New York, on December 10, 2024. The crash occurred around 7:03 a.m. when Hoffman’s car struck a tree on River Road near Whitmyer Drive. Bystanders were able to remove Hoffman from the vehicle before it caught fire. She was rushed to Ellis Hospital but was later pronounced dead.
The Niskayuna Police Department and Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office are actively investigating the incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the authorities.
