Toronto police have identified two of the three victims who were fatally shot at a North York business on Monday. The victims were Arash Missaghi, 54, of Toronto, and Samira Yousefi, 44, of Concord. Police said the third individual, a 46-year-old man, is believed to have been the shooter but has not been named.
The incident occurred at a business on Mallard Road near Don Mills Road around 3:35 p.m. Officers discovered the three victims after responding to reports of an altercation that led to the shooting.
The business was located near a daycare and a school, both of which were put on lockdown until police conducted a sweep of the area. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.
