Steven Bauer dies in fatal Connecticut River discovery
Fatal Haddam death of Steven Bauer – Obituary.
69-year-old Steven Bauer from Middletown was found dead in the Connecticut River near Haddam Meadows State Park on December 30, just before the new year.
The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) confirmed his identity on Monday.
The cause and manner of his death are still under investigation, with the Connecticut Office of the Chief Medical Examiner set to make a determination. The investigation is ongoing.
