Arlene Arispe dies in fatal Billings house fire

Fatal Billings house fire death of Arlene Arispe – Obituary

Arlene Arispe, 89, passed away from smoke inhalation and thermal injuries sustained during a house fire on December 31 at a residence on Phillip Street. The coroner’s office has ruled her death accidental.

Details about the fire, which was reported shortly after 11 a.m., remain scarce, and Billings fire officials have not yet disclosed its cause. Jason Allard, who lived in the home, explained that he was at work when he received a call about the incident. His wife, Gail, who also resided there, suffered severe injuries and was found outside the residence in a vehicle.

Gail was later airlifted to a hospital in Denver, where she is being treated for a collapsed lung and extensive burns.

A friend of the family has provided updates via a GoFundMe page, noting that Gail continues to receive medical care in Denver.
