Rodriquez Harris Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Montgomery, was tragically shot and killed Tuesday afternoon, marking the city’s first homicide of the year. The incident occurred near the Chevron gas station on Zelda Road around 12:30 p.m.

Dozens of law enforcement officers quickly responded to the scene, with units on the ground and in the air.
