Authorities have confirmed that 34-year-old Emanuela N. Fuchs succumbed to her injuries at a local hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Berkeley on January 20.
The accident occurred around noon on the 100 block of Grand Central Parkway. Police reported that a 37-year-old man from Beachwood was behind the wheel at the time. He has been cited for reckless and careless driving, and records indicate that his vehicle was uninsured.
