Fatal Alabaster ATV accident death of Anderson Gutierrez Aguilar – Obituary

Anderson Gutierrez Aguilar, a 14-year-old from Columbiana, tragically lost his life in an ATV accident on Sunday, February 2, in Alabaster, according to Shelby County Coroner Lina Evans.

 

The incident occurred at the 90 block of May View Court when Alabaster Police responded to a call for assistance from the Alabaster Fire Department. Upon arrival, authorities found Aguilar unconscious and receiving CPR.

 

Preliminary investigations suggest the incident involved a single ATV collision. Aguilar was transported to Baptist Health Shelby Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Another juvenile was also taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.

 

Alabaster Police Chief Curtis Rigney expressed condolences, offering prayers for the grieving family, the community, and all those involved in this heartbreaking incident.
