Fatal Richmond shooting death of Lonzo Harris, Jr. – Obituary
Authorities in Richmond have identified 35-year-old Lonzo Harris, Jr. of Chesterfield as the victim of a deadly shooting on Decatur Street last week.
Officers responded to a report of gunfire at the 3300 block of Decatur Street on Thursday, February 6, at 11:36 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Harris inside a residence, unresponsive. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Law enforcement is currently investigating the homicide and is asking for the public’s help. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Richmond Police Department at 804-646-3915.
