Fatal Coronado house fire death of Robert Kipperman – Obituary
Robert Kipperman, an 83-year-old resident of Coronado, tragically lost his life in a house fire on February 21, 2025. The fire, which consumed a two-story home on Sixth Street near Adella Lane, broke out around 1 p.m.
When firefighters arrived, they were informed that someone remained inside the home. Kipperman’s wife had managed to evacuate after noticing the flames, but Kipperman was unable to escape. Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze, which caused significant damage to the home.
Kipperman’s body was discovered in the living room on the first floor. Fortunately, no other injuries were reported. The cause of the fire and Kipperman’s cause of death are both still under investigation.
