Fatal Eutaw pedestrian accident death of Amone R. Moore – Obituary
Amone R. Moore, 32, of Independence, Louisiana, was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer while on Interstate 59 in Greene County, Alabama, on February 23.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) reported that the accident occurred around 12:05 a.m. when Moore was in the roadway and was hit by a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia operated by a Georgia driver. Following the crash, his body was taken to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science, where his identity was later confirmed.
The collision happened approximately three miles south of Eutaw, and authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
