TROY, Texas — Hector Bococ, 35, and Maria Maquin, 34, both of Cedar Park, Texas, tragically died on April 19, 2025, following a crash on the exit 311 ramp of I-35 in Troy. At approximately 8:15 a.m., the couple was changing a tire on their Dodge Ram when a Kia Optima rear-ended their vehicle, which was stationary on the shoulder. The impact led to their deaths, while a juvenile nearby sustained minor injuries. Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
