Daniel Joseph Vigil, 59, lost his life early Wednesday, March 12, after being struck by two vehicles near Valencia and Kolb in Tucson.
Authorities from the Tucson Police Department reported that Vigil was not in a designated crosswalk when the incident occurred around 5 a.m. in the 6100 block of South Kolb Road.
Both drivers involved in the accident remained at the scene and fully cooperated with investigators. Officials confirmed that neither driver was under the influence, and no charges or citations have been issued in connection with the crash.
