A pedestrian who was struck and killed while crossing a road in Ann Arbor last Tuesday has been identified as 60-year-old JoAnn Rogers.
According to Ann Arbor police, the incident occurred around 7:08 p.m. on March 11. Rogers was attempting to cross Plymouth Road between Green Road and U.S. 23 when she was hit by a vehicle.
