Clifford Souza, 74, was found deceased after his vehicle was discovered submerged in the Russian River in Sonoma County, California, on April 26. Souza had been reported missing on April 23 and was last seen driving a gray Ford Ranger pickup truck in Gualala, about 125 miles northwest of San Francisco.
