Fatal Modesto crash death of Jonathan Venegas – Obituary
A collision in Modesto on Monday night resulted in the death of 22-year-old Jonathan Venegas of Waterford, according to authorities.
The Modesto Police Department reported that the crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Claus and Milnes roads. When officers arrived, they found that a black Acura ILX, driven by Venegas, had collided with a Ford F-150 truck.
Emergency responders attempted life-saving measures, but Venegas succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators determined that the Acura was traveling west on Milnes Road and nearing the intersection at Claus Road when the Ford F-150 struck it from the side.
