Fatal Laurel County shooting death of Walter Trebolo III – Obituary
Authorities in Laurel County are investigating the death of Walter Trebolo III, 45, who was found shot multiple times outside a residence on Parker Road, just west of London.
Deputies discovered Trebolo’s body just before 1 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, a preliminary investigation indicated that he was involved in an altercation with another person before being fatally shot. A rifle was recovered from the scene.
Officials have stated that once forensic examinations are completed, the case will be presented to the Laurel County grand jury for further review.
The investigation remains ongoing.
