Fatal Boise multi-vehicle crash death of Mitchell Edwards – Obituary

Mitchell Edwards, a 66-year-old Boise resident, has been confirmed as the person who died in a multi-vehicle accident on North Americana Boulevard on April 29.

According to the Ada County Coroner, Edwards was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center after the collision near Ann Morrison Park. Despite emergency efforts, he was declared dead in the hospital’s emergency room around 3:45 p.m. due to injuries sustained in the crash.

Authorities stated that Edwards had been driving one of the vehicles involved in the incident. The Boise City Police Department is currently investigating the cause of the accident, and additional details are expected as the investigation progresses.
