Fatal Bakersfield pedestrian crash death of Maxwell Donovan Johnson – Obituary
Maxwell Donovan Johnson, 31, of Bakersfield, tragically lost his life on the morning of March 21, 2025, after being struck by a vehicle on Weedpatch Highway, south of Highway 58.
The California Highway Patrol reported that officers arrived at the scene around 5:51 a.m. to find Johnson deceased.
The roadway was temporarily closed while authorities investigated the incident. Johnson’s death remains under investigation by local authorities.
