Fatal Fresno County crash death of Blain Chandler – Obituary
Blain Chandler, 13, from Visalia, has been identified as the driver killed in a fatal collision on March 18 in Fresno County.
The crash occurred on Manning Avenue, west of Highway 33, when Chandler, driving a 2024 Honda Accord, crossed the center line into the eastbound lane and collided head-on with a 1995 Kenworth truck tractor.
The impact caused both vehicles to catch fire, and Chandler was pronounced dead at the scene after being trapped in his vehicle. The driver of the truck was able to escape and wait for emergency responders.
