The victim of a deadly shooting at the Arbors at Riverbend apartment complex in Elkhart County has been identified as 22-year-old Roosevelt R.K. Lewis III.
Authorities report the shooting took place around 2:45 p.m. on Monday at the complex, located near Ash Road and just south of the Walmart on Old U.S. 20.
At this time, police have not disclosed information about possible suspects or arrests. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.
