Mary Anderson, an 84-year-old woman from Waterloo, tragically lost her life in a car crash in Laurens County on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of River Fork Road and Cannon Road, involving a truck and a sedan.
Anderson, the only occupant of the sedan, was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner’s office. The South Carolina Highway Patrol and Laurens County Coroner’s Office are investigating the crash.
