Fatal Hempfield car crash death of Mario Andrew Dominick – Obituary

A 41-year-old man from Latrobe, Mario Andrew Dominick, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Hempfield on Monday afternoon. The incident occurred shortly before 4 p.m. on Donohoe Road when Dominick, driving a Chevrolet Cobalt southbound, crossed the center line and collided with a Hyundai Sonata traveling north.

Dominick was the sole occupant of his vehicle and was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Airbags were deployed in his car, and his death was ruled an accident by the Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office. The report did not mention if anyone in the Hyundai Sonata was injured. State police are continuing their investigation into the crash.
