Ebony Allen, aged 42, was shot and killed Sunday evening while inside a vehicle on Westover Hills Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia.

Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Westover Hills Boulevard following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Allen suffering from a gunshot wound inside a car. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but later died from her injuries.
