Ka’Vrone Westmoreland, 19, has been identified as the victim who died following an early morning shooting on Silver Star Road in Orlando, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrived at the 6000 block of Silver Star Road around 1:45 a.m. on May 11 after receiving a report of a man down. They discovered Westmoreland suffering from a gunshot wound and rushed him to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. Despite medical efforts, he was later pronounced dead.
