Fatal Sylmar pedestrian accident death of Teddy Goad – Obituary

Teddy Goad, 71, lost his life after being hit by a vehicle in Sylmar on Monday night, authorities confirmed.

Los Angeles Police Department officers were called to the 12200 block of San Fernando Road, close to Hubbard Street, just before 9 p.m. in response to a collision involving a pedestrian. When officers arrived, they found Goad had sustained fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to police, the motorist involved in the accident stayed at the location and cooperated with investigators. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner officially identified the victim as Teddy Goad on Tuesday.
