Authorities in Phoenix have confirmed the identity of a man fatally shot Monday afternoon in a residential area of north Phoenix. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Seth Moisoff.

Police were dispatched to the neighborhood near 35th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane, just north of Loop 101, around 5 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Moisoff suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Emergency responders transported him to a nearby hospital, but he did not survive.

The incident is currently being handled as a homicide investigation. Detectives are seeking the public’s help, encouraging anyone with information to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO. Informants may remain anonymous and could receive a reward if their tip leads to an arrest.

This tragedy marked the third deadly shooting in the Phoenix metro area within a four-hour span, following earlier fatal incidents in east Phoenix and Gilbert.
