Fatal Horry County motorcycle crash death of Keith Watts and Ashley Osborne – Obituary

Two individuals lost their lives in a motorcycle accident that occurred overnight in the Carolina Forest area of Horry County. The crash took place around 12:15 a.m. Monday on Towne Centre Parkway near Breakers Drive.

According to Sgt. Tyler Tidwell from the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a 2004 Honda motorcycle carrying Keith Watts, 36, of Green Sea, and Ashley Osborne, 34, from Monroe, Michigan, veered off the left side of the road while traveling eastbound. The motorcycle then struck a curb and a utility box before crashing.

Horry County Fire Rescue and Horry County Police Department responded to the scene, and Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden confirmed the identities of the deceased. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
