Michael Bradford dies in fatal Scottsdale shooting

Fatal Scottsdale shooting death of Michael Bradford – Obituary

Michael Bradford, 46, was fatally shot at a residence near 1800 N Miller Road in Scottsdale on Wednesday afternoon.

Scottsdale Police reported that officers and emergency crews responded to the scene around 4:35 p.m. where they found Bradford suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest near a carport area.

He received medical treatment on-site before being transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died. Authorities arrested Sean Quinn, 48, who was charged with intentional second-degree murder. Police attempted to have Quinn exit the home, but when he refused, a police K9 was deployed and bit him.

Quinn was treated at a hospital and then taken to Maricopa County Jail. Investigators said Bradford and Quinn were acquaintances with no known conflicts prior to the shooting.
