Jordan, Minnesota Man Arrested in Scott County for Second-Degree Murder

JORDAN, MINNESOTA — A 41-year-old man from Jordan was arrested in Scott County in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman found at an abandoned property south of the Twin Cities in January.

 

According to the Jordan Police Department, the man was taken into custody on Friday while in Le Sueur County on unrelated charges. Authorities say the incident occurred on January 28, when 46-year-old Tabitha Renee Justice was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head at 230 Quaker Avenue in Jordan. Justice had been reported missing earlier that day.

 

The suspect was transported to Scott County Jail and is currently facing charges of second-degree murder related to the incident.
