CARSON CITY, NV — Lori Martin, a 66-year-old resident of Carson City, was arrested in Carson City in connection with a violent domestic incident involving the assault of a family member.
According to the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, Martin was taken into custody on Thursday, May 22, at a residence on Eureka Drive after reportedly throwing multiple objects, including glassware and a vase, at a male family member. Authorities say the incident occurred after Martin returned home upset, following an argument earlier in the day and a visit to a casino where she consumed alcohol.

The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment, and several items used in the assault were collected as evidence.
