Brooklyn Park, Maryland Man Cedric Calloway Arrested in Anne Arundel County for Wife’s Murder

BROOKLYN PARK, MD — Cedric Dion Calloway, a 49-year-old resident of Baltimore, was arrested in Anne Arundel County in connection with the murder of his wife, Sarah Elizabeth Bundy.

According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, Calloway was taken into custody on Friday following the discovery of Bundy’s body near Disney Road and Alley 79 in Brooklyn Park. Authorities say the incident took place Friday morning, shortly after 9 a.m., when officers responded to a report of a deceased person and found Bundy with signs of trauma.

Bundy, 44, was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy. Evidence collected at the scene led detectives to identify Calloway as the suspect, and an arrest warrant was issued the same day.

Calloway was transported to a detention facility and is currently facing charges related to the incident.
