Jerome Stephens George, a 67-year-old man from Jacksonville, Florida, lost his life in a hit-and-run incident in Bedford County, Virginia.

Virginia State Police confirmed that George was the bicyclist struck in the crash that occurred last Saturday. Authorities are continuing their investigation and searching for the driver responsible.

A witness described the suspect as a Hispanic or Indian male, aged between 30 and 40, with black or brown hair. Damage to the driver’s vehicle is believed to be on the front left side, including the headlight, fender, and mirror.
