Fatal Grady County pedestrian crash death of Kelli Smith – Obituary

Kelli Smith, 43, lost her life Monday night after being struck by a vehicle on State Highway 19 near Colbert Avenue in Bradley, Oklahoma, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Authorities said the incident happened at around 10:41 p.m. when a 2019 Dodge Durango, driven by 26-year-old Matthew Cucksee with passenger Kelsey Reed, was heading westbound. Smith was reportedly standing in the middle of the highway when she stepped into the vehicle’s path and was hit.

Emergency responders pronounced Smith dead at the scene. The driver and passenger were uninjured in the collision.

Investigators have not released additional details as the investigation continues.
