David William Stanley, 19, lost his life Friday night in a crash near Route 288 in Chesterfield, Virginia. According to Virginia State Police, the incident occurred around 10:41 p.m. when Stanley was driving a 2024 Ford F-150 southbound on Route 288.
The vehicle veered off the left side of the road, leaving the roadway close to a bridge, then collided with an embankment beyond the railroad tracks. Stanley was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
