Tammy Long, a 53-year-old woman, was killed in a hit-and-run incident that police believe was deliberate. The collision occurred around 1:14 p.m. on Burgandy Street in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

According to authorities, emergency responders found Long at the scene after being struck by a vehicle. She was taken to a nearby hospital but succumbed to her injuries during transport.
