Fatal Indianapolis apartment complex deaths of Robert Simmons and Christianna Mendez-Heitzman – Obituary

The Marion County Coroner’s Office has identified Robert Simmons, 39, and Christianna Mendez-Heitzman, 22, as the two individuals found deceased Saturday morning at an apartment complex on the east side of Indianapolis.

Police responded to the 4400 block of Linwood Court following reports of a death investigation and discovered both victims at the scene.

The coroner’s office has not yet released the cause or manner of death as the investigation is ongoing. Authorities continue to gather information and updates will be provided as they become available.
