Fatal San Antonio South Side shooting death of Ralph Kenneth Henderson Jr. – Obituary

Ralph Kenneth Henderson Jr., age 46, was fatally shot in a shooting incident on the South Side of San Antonio on the evening of June 5.

The tragic event occurred just before 8 p.m. on Liedecke Road in the 20000 block, where Henderson was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot. Emergency responders transported him to a hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries.

During the shooting, an 11-year-old girl nearby was grazed by bullet fragments or debris but is expected to recover fully. Her mother was unharmed. The shooter fled the scene in a vehicle and remains unidentified. Police are investigating the circumstances leading to the shooting but have not yet determined a motive.

Authorities continue to search for the suspect involved in this fatal attack on San Antonio’s South Side.
