Endraqus Thomal Range dies in fatal Hopewell shooting

Fatal Hopewell shooting death of Endraqus Thomal Range – Obituary

Endraqus Thomal Range was fatally shot Wednesday afternoon in Hopewell, Virginia, in an incident that also claimed the life of his dog. Authorities responded to the shooting on the 1500 block of Piper Square Drive shortly after 4:15 p.m.

Range was found at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead. His dog also died from a gunshot wound.

Police arrested 21-year-old Dayon Elijah Williams in connection with the shooting. Williams has been charged with second-degree murder, using a firearm in the commission of a felony, and cruelty to animals. He is currently being held without bond at Riverside Regional Jail.
