Fatal northwest Atlanta shooting death of Isaiah Brooks – Obituary

Eighteen-year-old Isaiah Brooks was identified as the young man who lost his life in a double shooting that occurred Saturday night in northwest Atlanta.

The incident unfolded just before 10 p.m. in the 1900 block of Jones Avenue, near Johnson Road. Emergency crews responded and transported Brooks to the hospital, where he later passed away from his injuries.

A second individual was also wounded in the gunfire and is currently in stable condition, though their identity has not been released.
