Fatal Niagara UTV crash death of Gabriel N. Avila-Neuheisel – Obituary

Gabriel N. Avila-Neuheisel, an 18-year-old from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, was killed in a UTV crash Saturday afternoon in the Town of Niagara, located in Marinette County.

 

According to the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred shortly after 4:45 p.m. when emergency dispatch received a call about a single UTV crash off Hobart Lane. Investigators determined that Avila-Neuheisel had been operating the UTV on a dirt trail located on private land when he lost control of the vehicle.

 

The UTV overturned, ejecting Avila-Neuheisel, who was not wearing a helmet or seatbelt at the time. He sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead as a result of the crash.

 

The case remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the full circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
