Fatal Cincinnati shooting death of Charles Smith – Obituary

Charles Smith, aged 55, has been identified as the man killed in a shooting incident that occurred late Friday night in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood. According to the Cincinnati Police Department, officers from District 3 were dispatched around 11:20 p.m. to the 1700 block of Elmore Street after receiving a report of gunfire.

Upon arrival, authorities found Smith suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency responders from the Cincinnati Fire Department arrived shortly after but were unable to save him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
