Fatal Walnut Hills shooting death of Torell Hemphill – Obituary

Torell Hemphill, 35, was fatally shot late Saturday night in Cincinnati’s Walnut Hills neighborhood, according to a statement from the Cincinnati Police Department. Officers responded to a report of gunfire around 11:50 p.m. in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

When police arrived at the scene, they found Hemphill suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported by the Cincinnati Fire Department to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
