Fatal Chesterfield County crash death of Willis “Jay” Harvey Jr.

Chesterfield County Police are investigating a deadly accident that happened around 10 p.m. on June 13, 2025, in the 10100 block of Hull Street Road.

According to authorities, a Mercedes SUV heading east struck a pedestrian who was crossing the street. The victim, identified as 41-year-old Willis “Jay” Harvey Jr., a resident of the 10200 block of Hull Street Road, died at the scene from his injuries.

No additional injuries were reported. The male driver of the SUV remained at the location and is fully cooperating with law enforcement.
