Colin Gray dies in fatal Boise State Street bicycle collision

Fatal Boise State Street bicycle collision death of Colin Gray

Colin Gray, 54, a Boise resident, was identified by the Ada County Coroner’s Office as the bicyclist who died following a crash on State Street.

Gray was involved in a collision between his bicycle and a motor vehicle on State Street between Roe Street and Bogart Lane. He was the only person on the bicycle at the time of the incident.

Emergency responders pronounced Gray dead at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center after attempts to save him failed. The cause of death was blunt force injuries sustained during the accident.

The Boise Police Department is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
