Two PennDOT employees, 58-year-old Robert Greenlee of Franklin and 31-year-old Seth Baughman of Polk, lost their lives in a tragic crash on Wednesday afternoon in Mineral Township, Venango County.

The incident occurred around 2:54 p.m. on June 18 along State Route 965, also known as Jackson Center Polk Road. According to Pennsylvania State Police in Franklin, the two men were inside a 2020 Mack truck heading east when the front passenger-side tire failed for unknown reasons.

As a result, the vehicle veered off the road to the south, entered a ditch, and collided with a tree. Greenlee, who was driving the truck, and Baughman, his passenger, were both pronounced dead at the scene by the Venango County Coroner’s Office.
