The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the identity of the man killed Friday evening in a single-vehicle accident on Curtis Road. The deceased is identified as Peter T. Sipos, aged 45, who resided in the town of Hilton.
According to law enforcement officials, the collision occurred shortly before 9 p.m. It appears Sipos was the only person inside the vehicle involved in the incident. Paramedics arrived quickly at the scene but pronounced the 45-year-old deceased immediately upon their arrival. The unfortunate outcome was confirmed by the responding deputies.
