Fatal Woodland Hills freeway incident death of Hagop Mensuroglu
Woodland Hills authorities announced Wednesday the identification of a man discovered deceased on the northbound 405 freeway onramp. The man was later confirmed as 59-year-old Hagop Mensuroglu by county officials.
California Highway Patrol reports officers were dispatched Tuesday at 5:10 PM to the Sherman Way onramp, where they encountered the individual in a prone position on the ground. Los Angeles Fire Department personnel conducted an on-scene evaluation and declared the man deceased.
The Medical Examiner’s Office released the identification of Hagop Mensuroglu as 59 years old, with the preliminary death cause still pending assessment. CHP officials stated no evidence of criminal involvement exists at this point. Investigations by detectives remain ongoing as of Wednesday.
