Laramie County authorities announced Thursday that a man identified as Kevin Hefley, aged 52, was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on Tuesday in southeast Laramie County. Further details were shared via a post on the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
The incident took place before 4:22 p.m. on County Road 157, approximately eight miles west of Pine Bluffs.
