Details indicate that Oleg Polishchuk was riding a motorcycle when he rear-ended a construction truck that was stationary along North Killingsworth Street, near the southbound lanes of I-5. Tragically, he did not survive the impact and passed away at the scene.
According to preliminary findings from law enforcement, the construction vehicle was blocking a lane that was under repair, and its operator was not injured as a result of the accident. The Major Crash Team continues to examine the situation, with a focus on potential factors such as reckless street racing.
